These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bcv999 platform ("Platform") and all services provided under it. By accessing or completing registration on the Platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. 5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bcv999 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• bcv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• VIP cashback benefits are provided separately and are withdrawable.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on bcv999 are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules, and players are advised to read them before starting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a dispute arises over a game result due to a technical error, bcv999's decision will be considered final.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined based on data saved in the system.
• All game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, local leagues), and other sports:

• Bets placed before a match begins will remain valid at the stated odds.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.

• Creating or operating more than one account by a single individual.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse or bonus laundering).
• Attempting to hack, crack, or make unauthorized modifications to the Platform's software.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.

8.1 Suspension by the Platform

bcv999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days).
• If prohibited activities are detected.
• If required to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. However, bonus-linked funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
